Casino Volunteers Needed

Canmore Minor Hockey has been granted a casino for this upcoming season. The casino is a great fundraiser for our organization and helps to keep hockey costs reasonable. This year, the casino is booked for Tuesday, November 9th, and Wednesday, November 10th. Thanks for all of you who have registered so far. We still require more volunteers, however, and have spots open for both days. Conditioning Camp Schedule

CAHL Pee Wee Contact Clinic

Please note that the Canmore Minor Hockey Association is sponsoring a free "Contact" Clinic for all kids enrolled in the Canmore Minor Hockey CAHL Pee Wee Program to prepare your child for his/her upcoming year in contact hockey. There are two sessions scheduled for this clinic: (1) Friday, September 10, from 6:45pm to 7:45pm, and (2) Friday, September 17, from 5:30pm to 6:30pm. The only requirement to attend this clinic is that your child is enrolled in and plans to try-out for the Canmore Minor Hockey CAHL Pee Wee Program for the upcoming season.
Bow Valley Referee Clinic

The Bow Valley Refereeing Clinic is being held on Saturday, October 2, and Sunday, October 3, 2010. If you are 12 years of age or older, and you are interested in Refereeing in the upcoming 2010/2011 Hockey Season, you can register by going to the Central Zone Referee webpage at www.czrc.ab.ca and selecting the "Clinics" link to register. Tournament/Fundraising Coordinator

Canmore Minor Hockey Association is currently looking for a Tournament/Fundraising Coordinator.
This part-time, commission based position, will require 10 to 15 hours per week, with some months requiring a higher load. Duties include all activities related to running successful tournaments, as well as attending CMHA General Monthly board meetings.
