Please note that your team will require a SPECIAL EVENT SANCTION PERMIT from Hockey Alberta if your team wishes to partake in a special event. Special events include team parties, bottle drives, etc.
Before planning a team event please review the Hockey Alberta event sanctioning guidelines to ensure your event is covered under Hockey Alberta Insurance. Please click here to see the Event Sanctioning Guidelines by Hockey Alberta.
Please forward all your requests to the CMHA Registrar with the following information: contact person's name, contact person's phone number, contact person's business phone number, contact person's fax number, contact person's e-mail address, teams involved, type of function, start date, finish date, the address (including city) in which the event is to take place, and a short discription of the event.
