Notice of Annual General Meeting

Please join us for the Canmore Minor Hockey Association Annual General Meeting (AGM):

Time: 7:00 PM

Location: Canmore Legion

 

The AGM is an important opportunity for members to hear updates, get involved, and help shape the future of Canmore Minor Hockey. The current Board of Directors will share some exciting changes for the upcoming season. Election of the new board for the 2026-2027 season will also take place at the AGM.

 

Board Positions Open for Nominations

The following board positions are open for nomination:

  • President
  • Treasurer
  • CAHL Director
  • RHL Director
  • Female Director
  • CAHL Governor
  • Communications Director
  • Development Director
  • Volunteer Director

Non-Board Volunteer Positions

We are also seeking volunteers for the following important non-board roles:

  • Equipment Coordinator
  • Complaints Coordinator
  • RHL Governor
  • Safety Lead
